These terms are the agreement between you and Visionly LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas, United States ("we", "us"), for using Space Vision. By using the app you accept them.
Space Vision creates an anonymous account for you on first launch so your progress has somewhere to live. You may upgrade it with Sign in with Apple to keep your progress across devices and reinstalls. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete it at any time from Profile → the gear icon → Manage account. If you signed in with Apple, deletion disables the account immediately and erases it permanently 30 days later; otherwise it is immediate. See the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
Space Vision Plus is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. The price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen in the app, in your local currency, before you buy.
It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
To cancel, open your Apple subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or Settings → Manage subscriptions in the app). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
We also sell Energy packs, a one-time consumable purchase. Consumables are used inside the app and are not refundable once spent, except where the law requires otherwise.
All purchases are processed by Apple, and Apple's terms govern payment, billing and refunds. We cannot issue refunds directly — request them through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Energy, Knowledge Points and any other in-app currency have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. If you delete your account, any unspent balance is lost. Resetting your progress does not touch your balance — your Energy, Knowledge Points, rank and subscription all survive a reset; it clears what you have studied, not what you own.
Space Vision is an educational app. Its simulations and lesson content are intended to be accurate, but they are simplified for learning and must not be relied on for navigation, research, or any purpose where being wrong has consequences.
Soluna, the in-app tutor, is powered by an AI model. AI-generated answers can be wrong or incomplete. Please treat them as a starting point rather than a citation.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including, for consumers in the EEA and UK, your statutory rights.
Please don't:
We may suspend or terminate an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules.
The app, its code, its artwork and its lesson content belong to us or our licensors, except for third-party assets used under their own licenses — those are credited in the app, under Settings → About → Credits. Planetary imagery derives largely from public-domain sources including NASA, JPL-Caltech, the USGS Astrogeology Science Center, ESA and DLR; several Cassini-era maps carry a NASA/JPL-Caltech/Space Science Institute co-credit (two of them with the Lunar and Planetary Institute); the star field is NASA/Goddard SVS "Deep Star Maps 2020" (Gaia DR2: ESA/Gaia/DPAC). A few maps are used under CC BY and are attributed on that same Credits screen.
You keep ownership of what you write. By sending us a support message or a content report, you allow us to use it to investigate and respond.
You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
If Soluna or a lesson produces something wrong or inappropriate, please report it with the flag control in the app. We review reports and correct or remove content that shouldn't be there.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Space Vision after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any claim about the app — including product liability, legal non-compliance, or consumer protection — is our responsibility, not Apple's. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any.
